Stylish, newly renovated studio apartments, located in one of Cape Town’s most appealing and convenient suburbs, Greenpoint. Ideally positioned within walking distance of the Waterfront and Cape Town Stadium. 

We take special care to make sure the apartment is properly sanitised before guests arrive. Once you have been checked in, by our manager who will wear a mask, you will be left to enjoy the apartment. The ideal accommodation during the COVID 19 pandemic. 

The space 

This comfortable open plan studio is light and airy, with a small paved outside area, perfect sundowners on a beautiful summer evening. Wireless Internet and smart TV are available in the apartment. A double bed with high quality linens provides a good nights rest. There is also a double sleeper couch which we recommend for either 2 children or 1 adult. Suitable cupboard space and a hair dryer is available, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, including all the basics required – kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge & Nespresso machine. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided.
