Scout Cape Town was created from a long-standing passion for hospitality and the belief that short-term accommodation should feel professional without becoming impersonal.

We manage Cape Town apartments with attention to the details guests notice: clear communication, comfortable spaces, reliable support and a genuine understanding of the city.

For owners, that same approach means having a local management partner who understands the operational side of short-term rentals and cares about how each property is presented and looked after.

Who am I

Nicole, originally born in Germany, moved to South Africa fresh out of hotel management school. She worked in hotels in Durban before moving to Cape Town, where she managed a hotel for many years.

In 2003, she bought her first apartment, which she has managed as a holiday rental ever since. Through doing so, she has been able to invest in another property and build an exclusive portfolio of apartments that she represents.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, she has created a vast network of connections throughout the world.
